Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between Shardul Dan, trading as Seven Hours Back (“we”) and the person or business using sevenhoursback.com (“you”). Creating an account accepts them. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you may do so.
What the service is
sevenhoursback.com lets a residential cleaning business publish a quote page, collect requests through it, and see those requests in a workspace. Estimates are calculated from the prices you enter. The service does not schedule work, take payments from your customers, or act as a booking system.
Every business is separate. A plan, a request and a public link belong to one business, and an account may hold several.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Give accurate details, keep your password and any two-factor backup codes to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Plans and billing
Free includes 7 requests per business in each calendar month, counted in UTC, plus email alerts. Deleting a request does not return the slot. Requests beyond the allowance are refused until the next month begins.
Pro is $19 per business per month, or $190 per business per year, in US dollars, plus any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you are, billed through Whop. Pro removes the request limit and removes our branding from the quote page. It does not change the prices your customers see; those are yours.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel from the account screen; the plan stays active to the end of the period you have paid for, then reverts to Free. If a payment fails, we may let Pro continue for a short grace period while Whop retries, and then revert the business to Free. Prices may change, and an increase never applies to a period you have already paid for. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send unsolicited messages, to collect information you have no reason to hold, to impersonate another business, to publish unlawful or misleading pricing or disclaimers, to probe or overload the service, or to access another business’s data. Do not enter payment-card details or other sensitive personal information about your customers into free-text fields.
We may pause a business’s intake or suspend an account that breaks these terms, that generates abuse reports, or that creates a legal or security risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and how to put it right.
Your content and your customers
You keep ownership of your business details, your prices, your logo and the requests you receive. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only to run the service for you: hosting your quote page, calculating estimates, sending alerts, and showing requests to you.
You are the one deciding what to do with a customer’s request, and you are responsible for contacting them lawfully and for honouring the prices you publish. If a customer asks you to delete their request, do it from the workspace. Our privacy notice describes what is stored and how deletion works.
Estimates are yours
Every estimate is produced by arithmetic on the prices and rules you configure. We do not set, audit or guarantee your prices, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a customer. Check your configuration before you share a link, and confirm the final price with the customer yourself.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and to give notice of planned interruptions, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or remove a feature; if a change materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you before it takes effect and you may cancel.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the workspace. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if required by law, or if the service is discontinued; if we discontinue it without a breach on your part, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for. On deletion we remove the account, its businesses and their requests after any active subscription is settled.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, the service is provided as it is. We are not liable for lost profit, lost opportunity, lost goodwill, or for a customer’s decision not to hire you. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes are heard in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
